Ralph Lauren Purple Label at Harrods

Good news for those who have found their shopping trips to New York becoming less and less economical: the first Ralph Lauren Purple Label corner in Europe is now open in Harrods. The Knightsbridge department store boasts a Purple patch of 1,000 square feet that not only houses the label's eminently desirable suiting, including a Made To Order service for the more discerning customer, but also sportswear made of such luxurious materials and with such attention to detail that it would be criminal to actually break a sweat while wearing it. "The Purple Label man is confident," says Ralph Lauren himself. "He has always exuded elegance and the most supreme taste." That'll be us then.
